Cinnamon Maple Glazed Pecans

Prep Time: 10 minutes  Cook Time: 20 minutes  Servings: 8-10 (yields 4 cups nuts)


  • 4 cups raw pecans (can also use almonds or walnuts) 
  • ½ cup organic maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp ghee butter, melted 
  • 1 TBSP cinnamon powder 
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil (to grease pan) 
  • 3 TBSP raw coconut palm sugar 
  • 2 TBSP sea salt 


  • Preheat oven to 300º F 
  • Add nuts and maple syrup to a large mixing bowl and gently toss to coat all pecans (or other nut mixture). 
  • Add remaining ingredients and toss again
  • Coat and evenly spread baking pan, sheet, or non-stick silicon baking mat (Silpat) with 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • Evenly spread nuts onto pan or mat making sure nuts are not overlapping each other so that they cook evenly
  • Roast for 7 minutes and remove from oven
  • Toss pecans on pan and evenly spread out again
  • Return to oven for another 8-10 minutes until golden brown
  • Remove from heat and let cool for 45-60 minutes before serving. 
  • Add 1 TBSP sea salt
  • Toss mixture a few times while cooling to avoid sticking and finish with remaining sea salt (1 TBSP)
